  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Sell, transfer, or commercialize your account or profile.

5. Content Moderation

Glice reserves the right to:

  • Remove, delete, or suspend any user-generated content that violates these Terms.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
  • Monitor communications for safety and compliance purposes.
  • Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Glice, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Glice or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content License

By uploading or posting content (including photos, text, and videos) to Glice, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

8. Paid Subscriptions

Some features of Glice may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or premium feature:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glice is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy or reliability of the Service.
  • The quality or compatibility of matches.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Any outcome or result from using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Glice in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glice, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal conduct, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Glice shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except as prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and class action.
